1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and c777x ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). 2 Eligibility & Account Registration

One Account Rule: Creating more than one account on c777x — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Any bonuses, cashback, or VIP rewards earned across duplicate accounts will be voided.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. c777x will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.
3 Deposits & Payments
All deposits on c777x are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support a range of PKR payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
- Deposits must be funded from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and may be reversed.
- c777x does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. These are outside our control.
- Deposits are typically credited to your c777x balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. If a deposit has not appeared after a reasonable period, contact our support team with your transaction reference.
- c777x reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
By depositing, you confirm that the funds being used are yours, they are not proceeds of any illegal activity, and you are depositing for genuine betting and gaming entertainment purposes.
4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests on c777x are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. To be eligible to withdraw, your account must be fully verified and in good standing.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. If this is not possible, an alternative method of equivalent value will be arranged.
- Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed on the Withdrawal page
. VIP members benefit from faster processing — same-day or instant withdrawals are available at Platinum and Diamond tier.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
- c777x may request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. This is a standard procedure and is not a reflection on your account standing.
- Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before those funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been tied to a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.
- Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by you before they are processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be reversed.
Note on Bonus Balances: If your account holds both real-money and bonus balances, real-money funds are always used for bets first. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from them are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion.
5 Bonuses & Promotions

- Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts or details constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture and potential account closure.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from your balance, along with any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.
- c777x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
- Free bets awarded as part of a promotion are non-withdrawable. Only winnings from free bets (above the stake value) may be credited as real money, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using c777x promotions, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or collusion between players — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and gaming activity on c777x are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform.
- All bets are final once confirmed. c777x does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets unless there is a clear platform error that resulted in an incorrect bet being placed.
- In the event of a manifest error in odds — for example, a cricket match displaying odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — c777x reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund stakes.
- c777x reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict access to specific markets, or close betting on any event at any time without prior notice.
- Live betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event. Any bets placed during a suspension will be voided and stakes returned.
- Match results and settlement are based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket). In the event of any dispute, c777x's decision is final and binding.
- Slot games and casino outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. c777x does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.
Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game or market before placing bets. Lack of understanding is not grounds for a refund or reversal.
7 VIP Programme
The c777x VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All registered players are enrolled at Bronze level automatically upon registration.
- VIP points are earned on all real-money bets placed across sports, casino, and slot games. The points accumulation rate may vary by game type and is displayed in the VIP section.
- Tier progression is automatic. When your accumulated points cross a tier threshold, your account is upgraded immediately.
- Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses over the preceding week and credited to your PKR balance on a fixed day each week. Cashback rates increase at each tier, up to 20% at Diamond level.
- Cashback credits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn or used to place bets freely.
- Personal account managers are assigned from Platinum tier upward. Account manager availability and response times are subject to working hours and demand.
- c777x reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, and programme benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players in advance where possible.

9 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on c777x. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements are met and there are no outstanding investigations.
c777x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading registration information.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
- Suspicious activity, including potential fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

12 Limitation of Liability
c777x provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous, error-free access, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical issues.
- c777x shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond our reasonable control.
- c777x shall not be liable for losses resulting from your own decisions to place bets, including losses arising from misunderstanding of game rules, market terms, or odds.
- Our total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Betting involves financial risk. You should never stake more than you are comfortable losing. c777x does not guarantee returns, profits, or any specific outcomes from betting or gaming activity.
13 Changes to Terms
c777x reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and request any outstanding balance.
